Jamie is one of Lake Oconee's leading luxury real estate professionals, recognized for her in-depth Lake Oconee real estate market expertise, strategic negotiation skills, and concierge-level service. A Top Producer for the past three consecutive years, she specializes in representing buyers and sellers of Lake Oconee luxury homes, waterfront estates, lakefront homes, and premier properties, with individual transactions exceeding $3.5 million.
Committed to serving both her clients and the real estate profession, Jamie serves as an officer of the Lake Country Board of REALTORS® and is actively involved in several leadership roles within the local real estate community. Her dedication, market knowledge, and client-first approach have earned her a reputation for delivering exceptional results while making every Lake Oconee real estate transaction as seamless as possible.
Jamie and her husband, Josh McRae, are proud Lake Oconee residents. Josh owns and operates Swiftwater Softwash, serving homeowners throughout the lake area. Together they are raising their two children, Harper and Rad, who attend Lake Oconee Academy. Both Jamie and Josh are graduates of the University of Georgia (UGA) and can often be found cheering on the Bulldogs in nearby Athens during football season.
Before launching her Lake Oconee real estate career, Jamie spent more than 20 years in television broadcast sales and the advertising industry, developing the marketing, communication, and negotiation skills that continue to benefit her clients today. Yet even then, her favorite pastime was browsing Lake Oconee waterfront homes and luxury lake homes online. What began as a passion eventually became the career she truly loves—helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals while finding the perfect place to call home at Lake Oconee.
